Professor Daniel J. Sheffner

Daniel J. Sheffner
Adjunct Professor of Law

As well as an adjunct professor at UDC, Daniel Sheffner is an attorney advisor at the Administrative Conference of the United States, an independent federal agency within the Executive Branch. Previously, he clerked for the U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Illinois. He has authored several law review articles concerning diverse areas of the law.

Daniel Sheffner earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he was a lead editor for the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy. He holds a B.S. with departmental honors in History from Truman State University.
