Professor Ferguson on The Citizen Amicus Project

Professor Andrew Ferguson has a new blog post at the American Constitution Society on The Citizen Amicus Project, a new project Professor Ferguson created with the ABA to focus on law students and the Supreme Court. And on October 31st Professor Ferguson will be on a panel discussing jury participation. The event, "Judging Juries: Examining Jury Engagement and Exclusion," is sponsored by the American Constitution Society and will take place at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
