Prof. Reuben-Cooke to Receive a Distinguished Alumni Award from Duke University

Professor Wilhelmina Reuben-Cooke will receive a Distinguished Alumni Award from Duke University. A 1967 graduate of Duke University, Professor Reuben-Cooke was one of the first five African-American graduate students to take classes at Duke. The University Medal is part of Duke University’s annual Founders’ Day Convocation, which celebrates the founding of Duke University and honors major contributions from students, faculty, administrators, employees, and alumni.
