Don Aplin, '86: Maybe Not So Private a Sex Life

Don Aplin, '86  is Bloomberg BNA Managing Editor of Privacy & Data Security News and has published a new short piece entitled "Maybe Not So Private a Sex Life."

Don has been covering the privacy and security beat for a decade at BBNA and been a legal editor at BBNA for 17 years. Before becoming a legal journalist, Don practiced in a small Washington law firm representing plaintiffs in EEO cases. For ten years before that, Don was an attorney with the public interest group the Government Accountability Project representing whistle-blowers. Don is in his 29th year as an adjunct professor of Legal Rhetoric and Writing at the Washington College of Law at American University.
