Dean Smith Appears On MSNBC's 'Melissa Harris-Perry' To Talk DoJ Investigations

Washington, DC—Shortly after publishing his op-ed calling for police union reforms in the New York TimesJonathan Smith, Associate Dean of Experiential and Clinical Programs at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, appeared on MSNBC's "Melissa Harris-Perry."

During the segment, which is available below, Dean Smith explained what he discovered during his time at the Department of Justice and called for community engagement from police departments across the country.
