Richard Condit, '86Former long-time UDC Law Whistleblower Clinic Director Richard Condit, '86, has an article on Medium.com entitled, "Trump’s Purge of the Vindmans Violates the Constitution and Whistleblower Laws."

Condit's article, written with his DC employment law firm Mehri & Skalet colleague Michael Leider, argues that the presidents actions not only violate Vindman's 1st Amendment rights under the US Constitution, but also his right to communicate with Congress as protected under the Lloyd-La Follette Act. In addition, the pair argue that the President's action violates the Military Whistleblower Protection Act, which declares that “[n]o person may restrict a member of the armed forces in communicating with a Member of Congress or an Inspector General.”
