The Government Accountability Project's National Security and Human Rights Director, Jesselyn Radack, has made international news through as part of a delegation that presented the Sam Adams Award to exiled NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden in Moscow.  Radack, herself a whistleblower, was accompanied by several other high-visibility whistleblowers, including former NSA Senior Analyst Thomas Drake, who, among others, appeared at UDC David A. Clarke School of Law this spring.  See UDC Whistleblower Tour Stop Video

The UDC David A. Clarke School of Law's Whistleblower Protection Clinic has long been hosted by the Government Accountability Project (GAP), a DC-based non-profit law firm and advocacy organization whose Legal Director, Tom Devine, '80 and Litigation Director, Richard Condit, '86 are Antioch Law grads. Over the years, numerous School of Law alumni have worked professionally at GAP after their graduation from law school including former GAP Executive Director, Mark Cohen, '85, now Assistant U.S. Special Counsel.

The University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law,, is among the nation's most racially, ethnically, class and age-diverse law schools. Its minimum of 740 hours of clinical public interest legal service - a sum exceeded by most of its students - is clear evidence that the UDC David A.
