Public is invited to programmed event featuring witnesses as to the injury and disproportionate impact on students of color and students with disabilities caused by current suspension and expulsion practices in public and public charter schools in DC, and the availability of effective alternatives. The event is sponsored by the Racial Justice Initiative of TimeBanks USA.
