This event- co-sponsored by the UDC-DCSL Chapter's of Outlaw, American Constitutional Society, Women's Law Society, The National Lawyer's Guild (TBC), Law Student's for Reproductive Justice (TBC), and American Civil Liberties Union (TBC)- will focus on the constitutionality of the current Prostitution-Free Zone (PFZ) law, the effects and effectiveness of the existing PFZ mechanism, and other related issues.

The discussion will be moderated by Ricci Levy, Executive Director of the Woodhull Sexual Freedom Alliance, with Cyndee Clay, Executive Director, HIPS (Helping Individual Prostitutes Survive); Laura Hankins, Esq., Special Counsel to the Director, Public Defender Service of D.C. (TBC); Assistant Metro Police Chief Peter Newsham (TBC); Rich Gilbert, Esq., National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (TBC); and Ariel Levinson-Waldman, Esq., Special Counsel to the Attorney General of D.C. (TBC)
