Tuesday: Madeinusa, (2006) As her Peruvian village prepares to celebrate the Holy Day festival of Sin -- a raucous fiesta just days before Easter Sunday -- Madeinusa finds an unlikely suitor in a traveling laborer who's been arrested by her mayor father. Meanwhile, amid the bubbling chaos, young Madeinusa struggles to find a sense of identity under a cloud of abuse in this Spanish-language drama.

Wednesday: Maria Full of Grace, (2004) Maria Alvarez is a smart, independent 17-year-old girl from Colombia who agrees to smuggle a half-kilo of heroin into the United States for a shot at a normal existence in "El Norte" -- where she imagines the city streets are paved with gold. Sandino Moreno's sensitive portrayal of an atypical drug-running "mule" earned her an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead

Thursday: American Experience- A Class Apart, (2009), In the landmark 1954 case Hernandez v. Texas, the United States Supreme Court ruled that the 14th Amendment applied to all racial groups. This PBS documentary series looks at the Mexican-American legal team that took its fight to the highest court. Set against the broader story of the civil rights movement, this history lesson also tells of the Mexican-American post-World War II struggle against Jim Crow-style discrimination in the United States.
