Summer 2008 Book List

Required textbooks for Summer 2008 courses appear in the Summer 2008 Book List. Last revised May 5.


Registration Materials for Summer 2008

Summer semester Registration materials are available below. The deadline for both Early Registration and the Clinic Lottery is April 24, 2008. Visiting and non-matriculating students must register in person on May 19, 2008.

The Summer 2008 Registration Packet (.pdf) combines the essential documents that most students will need in order to register (Instructions, Course Schedule, Tuition & Fees, Registration Form, Health Insurance Waiver Form, and Clinic Lottery Form). Please do not skip the Registration Instructions.

Summer 2008 Fellowships

The School of Law sponsors three fellowship programs that provide stipends to students working for the public interest during the summer. Please see Summer 2008 Public Interest Fellowship Information and Forms (.pdf) for the program requirements and application.

Applications for Hynes Goodman Fellowships (for summer work in child advocacy) are due April 11 at 5:00 p.m. Applications for the Women's Bar Association Foundation Summer Fellowship (for summer work in the HIV/AIDS Legal Clinic) are due April 25 at 5:00 p.m. Applications for EJW Summer Public Interest Fellowships (for summer work in public interest law) are due May 16 at 5:00 p.m.


Pursuant to UDC Board of Trustees Resolution 728.4, new fees for certain School of Law services went into effect beginning in Fall 2006.

Add/Drop/Withdrawal Fees
- $10.00 for each course a student adds or drops during the Add/Drop period.
- $5.00 for each course from which a student withdraws after the Add/Drop period.

Transcript Fees
- No charge for an unofficial student transcript.
- No charge for the first copy of an official transcript.
- $5.00 for each additional copy of an official transcript.
- $5.00 for each LSDAS Report.
