Room Reservation Request Form

Please use the form below to request use of a room in Building 52 for your meeting or event. Requests will be reviewed in the order they are received.

YOU MUST AWAIT CONFIRMATION VIA E-MAIL THAT YOUR REQUEST WAS APPROVED. Please do not announce your event prior to receiving confirmation.

Once the location is confirmed, a Student Organization that wishes to use organizational funds to pay for an event must submit a SBA Event Request Form (pdf).

Study groups are limited to 2 hours per day per room.

No food or drinks are allowed in Room 518 (Moot Court Room).
