On February 27, 2013, the National Lawyers Guild UDC & Latino Law Students Association presented a panel discussion on undocumented immigrants becoming lawyers. Fernando Rivero of the Hispanic Bar Association moderated the panel. The speakers included Cesar Vargas, J.D.
