Prof. John Brittain Presents at UConn Law on Equalizing Public Education

John Brittain, Professor at UDC-DCSL and a Professor Emeritus at the University of Connecticut Law School where he served for 22 years, spoke at the University of Connecticut Law School SBA Diversity Week 2012 on "Interdistrict Public Education: Equalizing Opportunity Beyond Racial Integration." The event took place on March 20, 2012.

Professor Brittain was on a panel that included George A. Coleman (Former Deputy Commissioner, Connecticut Department of Education),  Patrice McCarthy (Deputy Director and General Counsel, Connecticut Association of Boards of Education), Martha Stone (Executive Director, Center for Children’s Advocacy and Adjunct Professor of Law, University of Connecticut School of Law). The panel was moderated by Thomas B. Mooney, a Partner at Shipman & Goodwin LLP and Adjunct Professor of Law, University of Connecticut School of Law.
