Caroline Smith DeWaal, '85 alum and Food Safety Director at the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), is quoted in Bloomberg Businessweek urging the White House to implement provisions of the Food Safety Modernization Act, which would increase oversight of the U.S. food chain.
