Maryland Delegate Keiffer Mitchell (D-Baltimore), '94, is quoted in The Baltimore Sun criticizing Republican Delegate Pat McDonough's news release titled, "Black Youth Mobs Terrorize Baltimore on Holidays." Del. Keiffer Mitchell referred to the message as "race baiting" and a "throwback to the 50's and 60's."
