Prof. Karen Evans to be Sworn in as President of the Trial Lawyers Association of DC

Professor Karen Evans will be sworn in as President of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, DC (TLA-DC) on Saturday, May 12th at their Awards Dinner at the Mandarin Hotel.

TLA-DC is the preeminent organization for lawyers in and around Washington, D.C. who principally represent plaintiffs in personal-injury, wrongful-death, and civil-rights actions, and claimants in workers'-compensation and Social Security disability administrative claims. Founded in 1955, TLA-DC is an incorporated, nonprofit affiliate of the American Association for Justice. Over four hundred and twenty trial lawyers are members of the TLA-DC.
