Professor Susan Waysdorf spoke at the Inaugural Conference of Albany Law School’s Center for Excellence in Teaching on the "Service Learning Model in the Law School Curriculum.” Professor Waysdorf discussed how the service-learning model, which is both similar and different from clinical education, can provide a transformative experience for law students. Professor Waysdorf also discussed how to combine clinical teaching, service-learning and social justice goals into new and existing doctrinal topics across the curriculum.
