Professor Kristina Campbell, Director of the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic at UDC-DCSL, is interviewed by Voice of America on Arizona's immigration law, SB1070. If the Supreme Court upholds Arizona's immigration law, individual states could enact their own immigration laws.

"They really are opening up a can of worms if you believe in the principle of federalism - that we are several states, but one nation. We have the same laws at the federal level. Then, I think turning around and saying, 'Well you guys can do whatever you want on this particular issue' is problematic," said Prof. Kristina Campbell. Watch the video below. Prof. Campbell's interview around the 2-minute mark.
