IL Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas Kilbride '81 Approves More Cameras in Courtrooms

Illinois Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas L. Kilbride, '81, and Chief Judge Kathy Bradshaw Elliott of the 21st Judicial Circuit announced last week that news cameras will be allowed in criminal trial courts in Kankakee County, IL under a pilot program approved by the Illinois Supreme Court earlier this year. Chief Justice Thomas Kilbride said Friday he's happy to see another step forward in testing the use of cameras in the courtroom.
