Maryland Delegate Tiffany T. Alston (D-Prince George's), '02, was quoted in The Baltimore Sun on legalizing medial marijuana in Maryland. Martin O'Malley told The Baltimore Sun that he would likely veto such a bill out of concern that state workers could face federal prosecution for facilitating drug use.
