Wayne Turner '08, Staff Attorney for National Health Law Program

Congratulations to Wayne Turner '08, who has been hired as a Staff Attorney at the National Health Law Program. He was previously a Staff Attorney at the DC Appleseed Center for Law and Justice. At UDC-DCSL, Wayne Turner was active in OUTlaw, the association of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender law students and their allies, and was Symposium Editor of the UDC Law Review.  He also served as a legal intern at the D.C. Council’s Committee on Health, where he prepared materials for the Committee’s oversight hearing on HIV/AIDS.
