Stephen Kohn, former Adjunct Professor and Clinical Supervisor at the Antioch School of Law, was quoted in The Washington Post on the Food and Drug Administration secretly monitoring the private email accounts of its employees. The National Whistleblowers Center, which includes Executive Director Stephen Kohn, Michael Kohn '85 and David Colapinto '88, is representing the plaintiffs.

"The confidentiality of these communications was broken,” said Stephen M. Kohn. "As part of their official duties, they have the right to disclose confidential concerns. Employees throughout the government can work on these matters on paid time.”
