Tom Devine, Government Accountability Project Legal Director and '80 alum, was quoted in CNN on the release of a report by the Department of Homeland Security alleging discrimination in the Federal Air Marshal Service. Tom Devine says the report is "a significant vindication for air marshal whistle-blowers."

"It confirms a perceived pattern of retaliation against air marshals who challenged security breaches by Federal Air Marshal Service management," he said.
