Prof. Fraidin Quoted in The Washington Post on New Family Services Agency Director

Professor Matthew Fraidin is quoted in The Washington Post on the new director of the Child and Family Services Agency, Brenda Donald.  Professor Fraidin said he hopes Donald takes swift action on a recent report from an oversight board that found the agency has needlessly removed some children from their homes.
