Wade Henderson, President and CEO of The Leadership Conference and the Joseph L. Rauh, Jr. Chair of Public Interest Law, was quoted in The Nation on discrimination in voting rights. Professor Wade Henderson says, "For nearly a century, there were Jim Crow laws in place that discouraged people of color from voting.
