Prof. Ferguson Speaks at ACS's Judging Juries Event

On October 31st, Professor Andrew Ferguson spoke on a panel at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on the history of juries and jury participation. The event,"Judging Juries: Examining Jury Engagement and Exclusion," was sponsored by the American Constitution Society.
