Matthew Perdoni '11 a Presidential Management Fellow with the IRS

Matthew Perdoni '11 is a Tax Law Specialist with the Internal Revenue Services (IRS), in the Tax Exempt & Government Entities Division, Exempt Organizations Technical Unit. His primary responsibilities include determining whether organizations qualify for tax exempt status, providing technical assistance to IRS field offices, and drafting guidance for use by the general public about the application and administration of tax laws.

Mr. Perdoni obtained his position as a part of the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program.The PMF Program is the flagship career development program of the Executive Branch, and is designed to cultivate the next generation of Federal government leadership. Mr. Perdoni credits the time spent working in the Community Development Clinic and Low Income Taxpayer Clinic as the reason for receiving a Presidential Management Fellowship.
