Prof. Wade Henderson in The New York Times on Debit Card Fees

In a new Room for Debate column published in The New York Times, Wade Henderson, President and CEO of The Leadership Conference and the Joseph L. Rauh, Jr. Chair of Public Interest Law, argues that overdraft fees on debit card transactions go far beyond the cost of providing checking accounts and are used to increase banks' short-term earnings.
