Professor Edgar Cahn is featured in the July issue of the Swarthmore College Bulletin discussing alternatives to youth incarceration, the Time Dollar Youth Court (TDYC), and his time at Swarthmore College and Yale Law School. Professor Edgar Cahn is a Distinguished Professor of Law and founder of TimeBanks. He teaches Law and Justice, System Change and directs the Community Service Program.
