Professor W. Sherman Rogers, an Adjunct Professor of Law at UDC-DCSL and
full Professor of Law at the Howard University School of Law, delivered
the DC Public Library's annual Juneteenth lecture on Tuesday at the Martin
Luther King Jr. Memorial Library. Rogers discussed his new book, "The
African American Entrepreneur: Then and Now," which examines the
challenges African-Americans experienced in antebellum and post-bellum
