Prof. Edgar Cahn Featured in The Progressive on Time Banking in Wisconsin

Professor Edgar Cahn was featured recently in The Progressive discussing the positive role Time Banks could play in Wisconsin, a state that has enacted severe cuts to education, health care, and voting rights at a time of deep economic pain.  Time Banking is about spending an hour doing something for somebody in your community, who then has a Time Dollar to spend on having someone do something for you.
