Prof. Wade Henderson's Senate Testimony on For-Profit Colleges

On Tuesday, June 7, Professor Wade Henderson, President and CEO of The Leadership Conference and the Joseph L. Rauh, Jr. Chair of Public Interest Law, testified before the Senate HELP Committee on for-profit colleges. In his remarks Henderson called on the federal government to ensure student loan borrowers have better information on enrolling in various colleges.
