Tom Devine, '80 Alum, Quoted about Successful Air Force Whistleblower Case

Tom Devine, Government Accountability Project Legal Director and '80 alum, was quoted in The Kansas City Star about a whistleblower case involving an Air Force employee who was unfairly demoted after he alleged that Omaha-based spy planes were poorly maintained. Tom Devine said Offutt officials were able to retaliate against Sarris by suspending his security clearance because of a loophole in federal whistleblower protection laws.
