UDC Mason Law Library Director Vicenç Feliú’s photo of former library circulation assistant and graduating 3L, Shanice DePass, was voted Best Picture Overall and took first place in The Artistry of Librarianship category of the Day-in-the-Life photo contest of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL).

The photo titled Balancing Resources will be published in the July issue of the Association’s monthly magazine, AALL Spectrum. Balancing Resources was one of three photos submitted by the UDC Mason Law Library.

During the month of February, AALL members took a wide range of photographs of law librarians working, meeting, and teaching. Nearly 20 members from law libraries submitted 60 photos in the contest. All the photos submitted for the contest can be viewed at the Day in the Life group on Flickr.
