The March 2011 issue of the National Jurist Magazine gives the UDC David A. Clarke School of Law an "A" on the publication's Diversity Honor Roll, with 49.5% of students and 45% of faculty members from minority groups. UDC-DCSL has the 6th highest African-American student percentage with 29.4%.

While National Jurist's March feature article focuses solely on racial diversity, the School of Law also benefits from having a student body and faculty that is diverse in terms of age, socio-economic background, life experiences and legal interests.
