Washington, DCToday's Supreme Court decision is yet another reminder that diversity is an essential component of higher education. Race-based admission considerations not only provide a path to better future for millions of Americans who wouldn't otherwise have the same opportunities, but result in enhanced education for all students. The University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law proudly boasts one of the nation's most diverse student bodies AND diverse faculty and knows, unequivocally, that such diversity creates more substantive classroom discussions and an exceptional learning environment.
