Alumna Wins Battle in War for Client

According to David Urubshurow, '80, congratulations are due: "Our ASL '80 classmate, Debbie Smith (now, Wright), just successfully fought off a Summary Judgment Motion in US District Court, DC, by a multi-billion dollar corporate real estate developer and casino operator trying to weasel out of its responsibility to do the right thing by an injured patron. Judge Mehta's Memorandum Opinion, published in LEAGLE, is worth the read, if only for a refresher on FedRCivPro."
