On Saturday, Prof. Andrew Ferguson joined Carol Castiel, host of 'Encounter' on Voice of America News and Sam Fulwood, Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress to discuss the unrest in Baltimore after the death of Freddie Gray while in police custody. Ferguson, a former trial lawyer and expert on the criminal justice system, explained the multi-pronged issues stemming from the police accountability movement.
