Professor Ajunwa quoted in Vice's 'Motherboard'

Professor Ifeoma Ajunwa, an assistant professor at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, was quoted in  Vice's 'Motherboard' in an article about the privacy rights consumers relinquish when they opt in to commercial genetic testing and the commercial possibilities it could have.

"Targeted advertising has already taken off as a phenomenon. Given the sort of targeted marketing we've seen through the use of cookies on the internet, it is not far-fetched that individuals could also be targeted for drugs, medical procedures or other health services based on their genetic profile," Ajunwa told the online magazine.
