On Monday, January 19, the UDC David A. Clarke School of Law was priviliged to host the Alliance for Justice's special breakfast discussion, Driving Change: The Role of Activists during the Obama Administration with special guests Van Jones, author of The Green Collar Economy, Founder and President, Green for All, and Senior Fellow, Center for American Progress; Eli Pariser, Executive Director, MoveOn.org; JoDee Winterhof, Vice President of Policy and Advocacy, CARE USA.  More than 700 people including many alumni turned out and were welcomed by Dean Broderick to the event, which was moderated by Nan Aron, President of Alliance for Justice, and featured a special introduction by Alliance for Justice Board Member Bradley Whitford.
