Steve Mercer, '94 Published in NYU Annual Survey of American Law

Congrats to Steve Mercer, '94, head of Forensics for the Maryland Public Defender Service, upon the publication of his article, Shadow Dwellers: The Underregulated World of State and Local DNA Databases by the New York University Annual Survey of American Law, Volume 69, Issue 3, which he co-authored with Jessica Gabel. (Cite as 69 N.Y.U. Ann. Surv. Am. L. 639 (2014).) Mercer is a long-time adjunct professor at the School of Law who teaches the courses Forensic Scientific Evidence and Uniform Commercial Code.
