Phil Stinson, '92, on NPR re: Police Violence

Bowling Green University Political Scientist Phil Stinson, '92, pictured below, was interviewed for the NPR show Here and Now that aired last week: http://hereandnow.wbur.org/2015/01/15/police-shooting-albuquerque

Phil wrote, "the reaction to this interview caught me off guard: some people have complained that in this interview I was "biased in favor of the police" while others have complained that I am "anti-law-enforcement."  The bottom line is that the public policy debate on police use of force is an important one, and if I am ticking people off, I guess I have done my job!"
