Video of Broderick, Kaplan on LSAC Law Suit on Higher Ed. Today

Click HERE for a video program with UDC Clarke School of Law 1L Matthew Kaplan and Dean Shelley Broderick that talks about how Kaplan "took on" the Law School Admission Council on behalf of people with disabilities. With the US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division taking the case and filing suit, the LSAC agreed to provide adequate accommodations, end their practice of flagging to the law schools the scores of those afforded accommodations, and provide $7.73 million in compensation for the victims of past discrimination.
