Keiffer Mitchell, '94, Leading Maryland Decriminalization Effort!

Maryland Delegate Keiffer Mitchell, ’94 has been in the news of late as a leader in the effort to decriminalize small amounts of marijuana due to the disparate incarceration rates of people of color.  After the recent passage of a similar bill through the Maryland Senate, Mitchell successfully maneuvered to get the House bill out of Committee and up for a vote.
