Evan Mascagni, '11, Legislative Assistant, Organizer and Webmaster for the anti-SLAPP (short for Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) group, San Francisco-based Public Participation Project, was one of several experts quoted in the Wall Street Journal's Market Watch on what to do if you're threatened with a law suit after posting an online critique (hopefully, based on fact!) of a company's product or service:

Evan was also recently quoted on in an article on a suit by online review company Yelp against a law firm which allegedly directed its employees to post favorable reviews of the firm on Yelp in violation of Yelps terms of service agreement with posters.  In his commentary, Evan distinguished the Yelp suit from a SLAPP suit:
