Professor Amanda Dunlap

Amanda Dunlap, '08, has returned to the UDC David A. Clarke School of Law to direct our Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. After graduating from UDC, she earned an LLM in Taxation from New York University.

After earning her LLM, she worked as an attorney in the Honors Program in the Procedure & Administration division of the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.  Professor Dunlap also clerked at the United States Tax Court for the Honorable Peter J. Panuthos.

Professor Dunlap is member of the Maryland bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

In assuming directorship of the LITC, Professor Dunlap follows in the footsteps of her 2008 UDC classmate, Charles Jeane, now heading up taxation and economic policy for Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal.

Welcome back, Amanda!
