Brian Gilmore '92 on Preserving Civil Liberties

Michigan State Law Professor Brian Gilmore '92 published an article in The Island Packet on the need to preserve civil liberties despite renewed calls to enact anti-terrorism legislation that may infringe on those liberties.

Gilmore writes, "Let's not allow the tragic bombings in Boston to become an excuse to gut our civil liberties once again."
