OCPD Careers in Tax Law

On February 27, 2013, the Office of Career and Professional Development sponsored a presentation on careers in tax law. Professor Charles Jeane, director of the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, moderated the panel discussion. The speakers included Naomi Legatt, a tax associate at Miller & Chevalier Chartered; John Pontius, a tax specialist at Kundra and Associates in Rockville, MD; Adam Sweet, an attorney with the I.R.S. Office of Chief Counsel; and Erin Herrero, '12 alum and a current LL.M. tax student at Georgetown University Law Center.
