Former Deputy Attorney General George Terwilliger III '78 is leaving as senior partner at D.C.-based White & Case LLP to head Philadelphia-based Morgan Lewis' white-collar litigation practice in Washington. He said in an interview he would have greater resources
at his new firm.
Terwilliger has represented energy, financial services and healthcare in government investigations and both civil and criminal litigation. His practice areas include health care fraud, election law and voting rights.
